The wetting and dispersion stabilizing effects of the dispersant shorten the dispersion process of the carbon material and other conductive additives. The appropriate dispersion grinding time is determined by measuring the change in dispersion time and the surface resistivity of the electrode coating as the dispersion time changes.

Recommended Usel

NMP or H2O carrier concentrates for electronically conductive carbon additives (e.g. conductive carbon black, graphene, carbon nanotubes, etc.), and formulations for highly filled electrode coating slurries for lithium-ion batteries.

Recommended Levels

Add according to 10~50% of carbon material.

Add the solvent and dispersant in this order, disperse evenly, and add the raw materials for pre-dispersion for 30 minutes.Finally, grind on the machine.
